1 pkg hash browns, shredded
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c diced ham
2 T of finely minced onion
1 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
8 eggs
1 pt whipping cream
3 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ootatoes, cheese, ham, onion, salt and pepper. Beat 8 eggs, add to combined ingredients and stir. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Pour whipping cream over all and top with butter. Don't stir. Make ahead, cover with foil and refridgerate overnight. In morning, bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Middle should be set when it's done.
