2-4 chicken thighs or breasts, skin removed
1 can chicken broth (15.5 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
3/4 c. uncooked rice (the 20 minute kind, not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Put (uncooked) rice in casserole dish. Stir in the chicken broth. Put chicken on top. Spoon soup over the chicken pieces. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. To serve, remove chicken, then stir up the rice and soup in the dish.
