1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 9" pie shell, baked

Filling:
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup milk
2 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten

Topping: Cool Whip sweetened with powdered sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling until thick. Blend peanut butter and powdered ugar.
Put 3/4 peanut butter mixture in baked shell. Pour cooled filling
on top.

Topping:
Blend together Cool Whip and powdered sugar (sweeten to taste).
Cover filling. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.

I have made this using instant pudding mix. Much quicker and tastes fine.
