1/4 cup soy
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. ginger or fresh equivalent
1 tsp garlic powder
S&P
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil to dissolve sugar. Whisk in cornstarch to thicken. (or reserve 1/2 of water and add cornstarch to water and whisk into sauce)

Use as a marinade for meat or chicken or to flavor a stir fry
