RUB:
1 pkd. brown sugar
1/3 c. paprika
1/8 c. turbinado sugar
3 T. sea salt
3 T. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. gr. red pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. garlic powder
2 tsp. cilantro

SAUCE:
16 oz. peaches in heavy syrup
1/3 cup minced onion
3 T. pickled jalapeno
2 T. pickled jalapeno juice
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin


Directions:
Directions:
Mix rub well and coat pork butt with mixture. Refrigerate overnight before smoking.

In food processor, add all ingredients including peaches with the juice. Blend until smooth and scoop into covered jar or bowl and serve with pulled pork.
