1/4 lb. ground pork
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup milk (1% or 2% works fine)
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed (about 23 crackers)
1 egg, beaten
1 whole onion, sliced (for top)
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs, egg, and add salt and pepper. Form meat mixture into large balls about 1" in diameter. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown the meat balls. Place browned meat balls into a casserole dish and cover with slived onions.

Using the same frying pan, combine ketchup and remaining ingredients to form sauce. Bring to a boil and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 for about 1 hour, covered.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
