Ingredients:  
1 c powdered sugar
1 c margarine
1 tbsp vinegar
2 c flour
1 - 2 tsp ginger
tsp baking soda
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar, margarine and vinegar. Stir in remaining ingredients. If dough is too dry, work in milk or cream 1 tsp at a time. Roll out, cut into shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 6-8 minutes.
