1 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 lb. ground pork loin
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Spread ketchup on the bottom of a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and place in prepared loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hours.
