1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cans (2 oz. each) anchovy fillets
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
6 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb large bow tie macaroni
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
10 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup oil-cured black olives, halved, pitted and sliced
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 medium size cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise

Combine vegetable oil, olive oil, anchovy, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper in an electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth, stopping 2 or 3 times to scrape down the sides of container.

Cook bow tie macaroni following package directions. Drain, but do not rinse. Transfer to bowl. Pour dressing over hot pasta, toss to coat. Cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once.

Remove bow tie mixture from refrigerator and let it stand for 15 minutes. Before serving, stir in tomatoes, feta, olives, green onion and cucumber.
