1 cup minus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:
Measure 1 cup of all-purpose flour, remove 2 tablespoons of the flour and substitute 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Sift 4 or 5 times and use as substitute in recipes.

Store in an airtight container.
