Ingredients:  
1 pkg lime jello
1 c hot water
3/4 c cold water or ice cubes
1 pkg sm cr cheese softened
1 can crushed pineapple - drained
1/2 c shopped english walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water and cold water
Add softened cr cheese
Let set until slightly thickened and then whip
Fold in pineapple and nuts
Put in 8 x 8 pan and let set

If you want to set jello quickly you can use ice cubes - most boxes have directions on box but if it doesn't - for 1 box jello use just 1 c hot water and then instead of the other cup water use about 1/2 tray of ice cubes - you can measure by taking half o cubes out of tray and then refilling tray with 1 c cold water and see you have about same amount of ice cubes. Use ice accordingly - you should scant hot water also - just use about 3/4 c hot water to dissolve jello as you will have a little liquid in the crushed pineapple
