2 Irish sausages
2 rashers

¼ cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
-Fry the Irish sausage and rasher in a pan until lightly browned all over.
- Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork with the salt pepper and milk
- Pour eggs into a non stick pan over low heat stirring constantly.
- Add in the sausages and rashers and continue to stir until eggs are scrambled.
- serve on toast with a basil leaf (if desired)
