2 Cups Milk (We Use Buttermilk)
1¼ Cup Uncooked Oatmeal (Quickcooking)
¼ Wheat Germ
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Tablespoon Honey
⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Mix milk, oatmeal and wheat germ together. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Mix whole wheat flour and baking powder and add it to oatmeal mixture. Beat in eggs, honey and oil until it is mixed, but not really smooth.

Pour ½ Cup of batter for each pancake onto a HOT griddle or frypan. Flip once, cook until golden in color. Makes about 15 pancakes 6".

Note: For extra good pancakes, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
