1 c. GF bread or cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
flour + seasoned salt
1 can GF cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 T. worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 5 ingredients. Crumble ground beef over, then mix in well. Pat into 9x13 pan. Cover. Refrigerate 8-24 hours. Slice into 12 rectangles. Flour, then fry until done. Freeze for later, or to use now, put in a 9x13 pan. Mix soup, milk and worcestershire; pour over. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
