2 Cups Oleo ........................ 4 Tablespoons Coca
½ Oil ....................................... ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla .................. ½ Teaspoon Salt
1¾ Cups White Sugar............... 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Large Eggs............................ 2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
½ Cup Buttermilk ..................... 2½ Cups Flour



Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo, oil and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and blend. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Sift flour, coca, and other dry baking ingredients and alternate adding milk to creamed mixture. Fold in drained zucchini.

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 325º for 45- 50 minutes, or until cake test done with toothpick in middle.

Cool on baking rack.

Good with cool whip on top.
