2 eggs plus one egg yolk
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2.5 tablespoons vegetable oil


Dry ingredients
2 1/2 cups gluten free (or regular flour) flour blend
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Chocolate buttercream frosting
14 1/2 ounces softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup to tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet and dry together

Mix all frosting ingredients together
