1/2 c. diced cheese
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. May be served on salad greens
