1 baked 9 inch pie shell

¾ cup sugar

2 T cornstarch

1½ cup cold water

1 (3 oz pckg) strawberry jello

1 qt fresh strawberries (sliced or kept whole)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix and cook over medium heat ; sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick and clear,.

2. Add jello and stir. Cool.

3. Add strawberries to cooled mixture and pour in pie shell.

4. Refrigerate until cool and jelled.

5. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and serve.
