1 cup Crisco
1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
2 1/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and 1/2 cup sugar.

Stir in flour, salt, vanilla, and pecans; blend well.

Mold into 1 inch balls, place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Roll in additional confectioners sugar immediately after baking. Roll also when cookies are cool.
