4 eggs - well beaten
¼ C sugar
½ tsp salt
1⅓ C flour
4 C milk
½ stick margarine (4 T)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Beat 4 eggs in large bowl with mixer. Add sugar, salt. Mix again. Add flour and mix again. Batter will be very thick. Add milk and mix well. Melt ½ stick of margarine in 9xx13” pan in oven. Pour dough into hot pan of melted margarine. Swish through with a spatula several times. Bake for 35-45 minutes. After baking sprinkle top with some sugar. Serve with syrup, cherry pie filling or whatever sounds good on top.
