2 packages frozen broccoli
3 T butter
½ pound Velveeta cubed
1 stick butter
1 roll ritz crackers, crushed with hands (not too small)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli, to top melt 3 tablespoons butter. Butter casserole dish and place cubed velveeta cheese on bottom layer. Spread broccoli over cheese layer. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 roll of crushed ritz crackers - spread this mixture as top layer. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, until cheese bubbles on top.
