5 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 -8 oz can crushed pineapple
5-6 lbs chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot for 4-5 hours on low. Recipe can be adjusted to meet the family needs. Example using less meat, or no pineapple or adding onions, carrots and bell peppers. This is excellent served on rice or noodles.
