1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 C sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 small box of corn muffin mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, bake 1 hour at 350º in a 2 quart casserole.

This goes great to buffets, church suppers, etc. It can easily be doubled or tripled for larger crowds. Just be sure to use a larger container for larger amounts! *From 1985 Family Cookbook.
