1/2 to 1 pound hamburger
2 large carrots, minced
2 sticks celery, minced
1 large onion, minced
1can black beans

Taco seasoning:
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the vegetables until they're tender and then add the beans and ground beef. Brown the beef and drain any extra liquid. Add homemade taco seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.

You can also add veggie crumbles and/or walnuts. To use walnuts, put 1/2 c. chopped walnuts in a cup of warm water overnight, then put in with the meat.
