4 medium Russet potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 4 lbs)
cup olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 450F. In 12x9-inch baking pan, combine all ingredients.

2. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
