2 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 4 pounds beef cubes (1 to 2" pieces)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons flour

1 3/4 cups beef broth
2 large onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces dark beer
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves

2 tablespoons flour
3 to 4 tablespoons beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. Brown the beef in batches. Add beef broth, onions, garlic, beer, mustard, thyme, and bay leaves. Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Do a rapid release.

Combine flour and beef broth, and add into pot to thicken stew.

Serve with noodles.
