5 Pounds of strawberries (washed, dried, stems cut off and quartered)
Sugar
Several boxes of Surejell

Directions:
Directions:
Pureé strawberries. In a medium mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of crushed strawberries with 4 cups of sugar. Stir until completely mixed. Let stand for 10 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, mix 3/4 cup of water with 1 box of sure jell. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in fruit and sugar mixture. Continue stirring for 3 minutes. Ladle quickly into jelly jars. .Let set at room temperature for 24 hours. Then store in freezer. This will make about 25 small jars of jam.
