2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cups bourbon
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger

6 tablespoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger. Pour into Ninja pot. Add your chicken, and make sure it is coated with the bourbon mixture. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes. Allow it to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then do a quick release. Remove your chicken, and dice into bite sized pieces.

Combine the cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce. Turn the pressure cooker to saute, and stir continually until thickened (about 2 minutes). Add chicken to the sauce.
