1 Package Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (4 serving Size)
⅓ C Crisco Oil
1 C Water
4 Eggs
1 Large Ripe Banana
½ C Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Generously grease and flour pan. Blend first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend banana in separate bowl with fork or blender, then add to cake mix. Add pecans. Pour into pan and bake until done when toothpick inserted comes out clean. Crust will be darker than regular cake.

Approximate Cooking times
50-60 minutes - Tube pan, 10" round or fluted
38-43 minutes - two 8 x 1½ round layers
33-38 minutes - two 9 x 1½ round layers
40-45 minutes - 13 x 9 x 2 oblong
