1½ C rice
½ C milk
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 or 3 lbs cut-up chicken
½ envelope dry onion soup mix, undiluted
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat together rice, milk, mushrooms, celery and mushroom soups. Pour into buttered casserole or baking dish. Season chicken pieces with onion soup mix, salt and pepper. Arrange over rice. Cover and bake 1½ hours. (2 casseroles are better)
