3 Lbs Coarsely Ground Pork
1 Onion Diced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in pan, add water to cover. Simmer 1 hour, or until all meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.

Place in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle top with flour. Add top crust and bake at 325º .
until crust is golden brown.

Pie may be wrapped, frozen, and reheated. This ethnic specialty is a French Canadian dish that my grandmother brought with her when she moved from Canada.
