1 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ c. green bell pepper, diced
½ c. onion, diced
½ c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar (I use Splenda brown sugar)
6 oz. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)
½ tsp. mustard
1 pkg. hamburger or slider buns

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pan/skillet, brown ground meat, minced garlic, diced onions and green peppers. Season with, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Drain (if needed).

Add all other ingredients to meat mixture and bring to a boil.

After it starts to boil, turn on low to medium heat, uncovered, and cook until liquid is almost dissolved.

Let thicken for 10 minutes and serve on buns.
