2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º F. for about 9 minutes. This makes 70 cookies.
