Graham crackers
2 pkgs. (small) instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. cool whip
3 c. milk
FROSTING
1½ c. powdered sugar
3 T. butter - softened
6 T. cocoa
2 T. oil
3 T. milk
2 tsp. corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9X13 pan with graham crackers.
Combine pudding with milk; fold in cool whip.
Put ½ of mixture on crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Add remaining pudding mixture. Top with 3rd layer of crackers.

Mix frosting ingredients and pour over top layer of crackers.

Chill 24 hours
