12 oz box of Tri-Colored Rotini Pasta
1-2 packets of Italian seasoning
1/4 c oil
2 T vinegar
1 1/2 T water
1/2 package of pepperoni
1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella or mozzarella balls/cubes or even cubed cheddar
1/4 15oz can of black olives, sliced
handful of broccoli florets if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to the package directions of al dente. Immediately drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to "shock" it. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian packet, oil, vinegar, and water. Toss all the other ingredients in the dressing and allow to chill before serving. Also, give it a good stir before you serve it too.
