3 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
1 t. salt
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash in water with salt until almost tender; drain. Mix butter and stuffing mix. Reserve 1 c. for topping. Add rest to squash. Stir in rest of ingredients. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.

This was my mother's sister's recipe (Aunt Mary Carey Smith). We usually had this at Thanksgiving. It is so yummy.
