1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix all ingredient together in a glass jar. Shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month. Drizzle over pulled pork, ribs, or pork chops.
