3-4 potatoes, unpeeled, cleaned, and cubed
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. accent
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
1-2 tsp. roasted garlic and herb seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Clean, wash and cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-2 inch cubes.

Place potatoes in glass dish and pour olive oil over them to coat evenly.

Sprinkle seasonings, from ingredients list, over potatoes and stir to distribute evenly.

Put in oven, uncovered, and bake 45-50 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, check potatoes and stir to keep them from sticking to pan.

When done, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

***You might have to add more salt and/or other seasonings to make potatoes more flavorful.
