2 garlic gloves, minced
1 (26 oz.) jar Ragu sautéed onion and garlic sauce
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf
2 (14.5 oz.) beef broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (15 oz.) mild Rotel diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season ground beef and sausage (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, accent)

Add seasoning blend or diced veggies and minced garlic to the ground meats and brown together. Drain.

Put all other ingredients, except broth and cheeses, in large pot or Dutch oven, with browned meats and veggies.

Pour in broth and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat.

After 15 minutes, turn heat down to low and add noodles by breaking them into bite sized pieces and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off stove top, add cheeses (shredded and grated parmesan) on top of soup, and cover with Dutch oven top to help cheese melt.

**Let soup thicken at least 10 minutes so cheese can melt. Bon appetit!
