For the crust:
Vanilla wafers
melted butter
1 tbsp sugar


For the filling:
1 can Eagle Brand
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 egg yolks


For the meringue:
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust:
Crush vanilla wafers and moisten with melted butter. Mix together with 1 tbsp sugar. Pour into 9 inch pie plate and press to make crust.

For the filling:
Blend and pour into pie shell.

For the meringue:
Beat eggs whites until it holds a soft peak. Gradually add sugar until holds a firm peak. Cover pie and bake 325º for 15 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes. Refrigerate.
