1 large can Chinese noodles
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. celery, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna fish
1 c. cashew nuts, chopped
Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x10" pan or casserole dish. Spread the Chinese noodles in the pan.

Heat the oil in a sautÚ pan over medium heat Saute the celery and green onions until soft. Remove from heat.

Add the soup, 1 can of water and tuna to the celery and green onions. Mix together and spoon over the noodles. Sprinkle with the cashews and potato chips.

Bake at 350║ for 1 hour.
