½ Cup Powdered Sugar, plus more for rolling cookies
1 Cup Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Pecans, finely chopped
¼ tsp Salt

Heat Oven 325º

In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients, blend well.

Stir in remaining ingredients until dough holds together.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Place inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Immediately remove from cookie sheet, cool slightly.

Roll into powdered sugar.

Cool completely and roll into powdered sugar again.
