4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
5 oz. jar Neufchatel cheese spread with pimento
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 No. 2 can pineapple tidbits, drained (save 1/4 c. juice)
1 small bag of marshmallow
1 small container of cool whip

Beat the two cheeses together with hand beater. Add pineapple juice. Fold in whipped topping, then fold in fruits and marshmallows. Chill 5-6 hours or overnight
