1 Cup Gold Medal flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 Cup Brown sugar (Packed)
1 Cup Rolled oats
1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Spanish peanuts (Optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Stir dry ingredients together. Add sugar and rolled oats.

Mix in oil, milk, and egg thoroughly. Add peanuts.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake about 10 minutes.
