3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-4 tablespoons tarragon ground between fingers

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw chicken the day before.
Get a gallon size bag ready.
Put the oil in a ziplock baggie. Make sure it’s standing up so the oil doesn’t leak out.
Then place rest of ingredients in baggie.
Place thawed chicken in the bag.
Marinate overnight.
