8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon celery seed 1 tomato, diced 1 cup diced celery 3 tablespoons chopped pimento 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimento, and green pepper.
