3 ½ lbs Beef braising ribs / Stew meat
3 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
¼ Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Tomato Paste
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
½ Cup Minced Onion
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Ribs in oil with garlic. Transfer ribs and drippings to roasting pan.

2. Combine remaining ingredents in a saucepan and simmer for 15 mins. Pour over ribs and bake, covered, at 350ºF for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring after 1 hour.
