2 C Boiling Water
2 Eggs - beaten
1/2 Tbl Salt
1/2 C Sugar
2 Tbl Shortening
2 Cakes Yeast in Lukewarm Water
8 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix water, sugar, salt and shortening. Cool to lukewarm.Add softened yeast, eggs and 4 cups of the flour. Once mixed, add 4 more cups. Form a dough.
Brush top with butter and refridgerate.

Spray pan with Pam.
Pour melted butter and brown sugar into bottom of pan. (Adjust amouts based on pan size)

Roll dough. Spread melted butter on dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Cut 1" thick and plac ein pan

Let Rise (double)

Sprinkle with water.

Bake for 30-45 minutes.
