2 1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Corn Syrup
1/2 C Water

2 Egg Whites
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil. Cook to hard ball stage.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks, add cooked syrup. Beat 4-5 minutes until mixture holds its shape.

Dust a towel with powdered sugar. Pat candy on towel "rectangularlry" (about 10'x4")
Then roll with a rolling pin until it is 16'x6". Spread peanut butter on candy to within 1/2" on long side.

Roll from other side using towel to help. Wrap in the towel and place in a baking sheet. Chill about 1 hour.
