1 lb. shark, cut into desired pieces
2 tbsp. Lime juice
2 tbsp. Green seasoning
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper sauce
½ cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Wash shark with lime juice and water a few times
Season with green seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper sauce. Leave to marinate for a few hours.
Coat fish in seasoned flour and fry a few pieces at a time in hot oil, flipping accordingly
Set in a bowl lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with fried bake and cucumber chutney
